Captain Strong Primary students and staff surprise their principal and assistant principal with a warm welcome parade.
October is national principal's month, and Captain Strong secretaries arranged a creative way to celebrate. All of the students and staff were asked to be out in the hallways at the same time, without the principal and assistant principal knowing. On Monday Oct. 20, Principal Ms. Knight and Assistant Principal Mr. Rush were instructed to roam the hallways, but it wasn’t long before they realized why: they were being recognized with cheers, friendly high-fives and lots of handmade signs which were handed to them!
The message was clear: on behalf of all Captain Strong Primary, we are thankful to you both for all that you do!
