Skyward Family Access will be offline starting Monday, July 7, due to an upgrade. During this time you will not be able to log into Skyward. This means Sunday, July 6, is the last day to enroll a new student prior to the switch. Please be aware that if you do not complete the enrollment process prior to July 7, you will need to start from the beginning when the new version of Skyward becomes available on Monday, Aug. 11 (date subject to change).
Why is this happening?
Battle Ground Public Schools is upgrading to a newer version of Skyward known as Qmlativ. Some of the improvements include:
A user-friendly design and options for personalizing the interface
Faster, more efficient processes
Alerts and notifications
We do not anticipate that the experience of navigating or using Qmlativ will be significantly different for families. Please watch for further communication throughout the summer.
Report cards go online
As part of the switch to Qmlativ, the district will no longer be mailing printed copies of report cards each semester. These results will be available through Qmlativ and can be downloaded and/or printed by parents and guardians. A printed copy will be available upon request from your school office.
